Yanshan Flange Manufacturers

Yanshan County in Cangzhou, Hebei is widely described in Chinese industry media as 'China's pipeline equipment manufacturing base' (中国管道装备制造基地). Unlike neighboring Mengcun, which is specialized in elbow and fitting forming, Yanshan covers the whole pipeline chain: steel pipe (ERW, LSAW, spiral welded, seamless), flanges of all types, buttweld fittings, anti-corrosion coating (3PE/FBE), insulation, and supports & hangers. Industry articles put the number of related enterprises at roughly 3,000 — an estimate that includes a long tail of small workshops and traders.

The full ASME B16.5 range — weld neck, slip on, blind, socket weld, threaded and lap joint — in Class 150–2500, NPS ½″–24″, plus large-diameter B16.47 Series A/B flanges, EN 1092-1/DIN flanges, and orifice, reducing and long weld neck specials. Materials run from A105 carbon steel through F304/F316L stainless to F11/F22/F91 alloy and duplex grades. Verify ISO 9001 scope against the certificate database; require EN 10204 3.1 MTRs with heat traceability; for coated pipe, specify coating standard (DIN 30670 / ISO 21809), holiday test voltage, adhesion and thickness per layer, and require coating inspection reports. Check hydrotest records for pipe and NDT for welded fittings. Stocked carbon steel pipe and standard B16.5 flanges ship in 1–3 weeks ex-works. Produced-to-order pipe (LSAW/spiral) runs 3–6 weeks, coated or alloy products 5–8 weeks, and large-diameter or high-class flanges 6–12 weeks. MOQs are flexible by factory: major mills want 20–50 tonnes per pipe size, while flange and fitting factories routinely accept single-tonne mixed lots.
